Project Management / Maintenance Support Services
GCT provides flexible service options to fulfill customer support response time and cost containment. We also provide comprehensive and cost effective service maintenance contract that cover hardware and networking.

Project Management
The most critical aspect of project management is managing the expectation of the parties involved. GCT work closely with each customer to establish the following :
  • Clear defined project objectives
  • Defined project plans
  • Schedules, task and milestones
  • Project budgets
  • Follow up throughout all stages of a project
Account Management
Upon contract signing, GCT will assign a System Engineer to take responsible for the following :
  • Ongoing network design/modification based on customer needs
  • Monitoring new system configuration and implementation
  • Scheduling preventive maintenance activities
  • Providing updates to the customer on products and technologies
  • Recommending training needs to the customer if required
Maintenance Support Service Program
Hardware and Networking Maintenance - we provide maintenance support for Networking, PC, Server and Printer coverage with call in or on site servicing within a specified time periods.
