ESOS is a web-based Employee Share Option Scheme Management System.
This is a solution that assist public listed companies to manage daily operation of Employee Share Option Scheme. It provides flexible online ESOS planning, perform ESOS allocation processing and perform bonus issue processing. It also keep track of ESOS transaction such as offer acceptance, notice of exercise, exercise submission, listing status, employees taxable benefit and employees exercisable shares status.
